Concrete cracks

I am having a home built from preformed concrete walls. Upon inspection of the work we have identified a crack in the main doorframe area, as documented in the attached photo. While we will have an engineer inspect the work and specifically this defect, I am interested in comments from anyone with concrete expertise. Can this be repaired permanently with epoxy injection?

if you hear it from a guy in the apron store, be VERY suspicious the mtl/method will work,,, when it time to build something together, they won't answer phones NOR help
