Concrete board siding is sweating

I have attached a picture of my house when the temperature gets cooler at night or early morning I see my house is wet but only where the insulation is as you can see each wall cavity from the wetness. Is this a problem?

looks like you have no insulation or vapor barrier. I'd call that a big problem if you care about heating bills

Home was built in 2002 and has blown insulation in wall but not sure about the vapor barrier I was thinking that may be the problem. Location of home is Indiana.

Yes pretty much from floor to ceiling on each floor shows the moisture. I have searched on google to find nothing on this issue.

If it's a vapor barrier issue, you can easily test it. Tape up a t least a 4 mil plastic sheet along one wall and seal all the edges. See if it changes the moisture on the outside wall.
After the insulaion was blown in, was the coverage verified by thermal scans?

Does this happen all the time? Do any other surfaces experience this (car, grass, etc)? I would say it is dew. It only forms where there is insulation because the studs transfer the heat from the house, which is enough to eliminate the dew.

Had an energy audit 2 weeks ago and it looks like with the infrared scan that most the insulation did not drop too bad. Just so I get this right on the inside tape the 4 mill plastic to the drywall and seal edges for a test.

I do not see this every night but this is the first winter going into this house. I do have a mold issue in the house and I hope this will not cause mold inside the walls behind insulation. I hope it is just dew as I have never had hardi plank siding before.

Yes. Wall to wall, floor to ceiling. Cover everything, including the windows.
Do your neighbors have this condensation problem on their houses?

this is caused by heatloss through the wall, by the looks of the wall i have a strong feeling the siding installers didnt install a proper rain screen...

if you look at your roof in the morning you can see the same sorta thing going on as to where the edges of each sheet of plywood are. normally its caused by insufficient insulation

As the concrete will never completely dry out, there isn't much you can do.
