Colored stamped concrete floor repair

3 yrs ago we had colored stamped concrete poured for the floors in our basement. We recently removed a wall to open up the family room to discover that it must have been done in 2 pours as there is a 1/4-1/2 inch gap between the floors in those 2 rooms. It is very unsightly. Is there a way to have a concrete threshold made or poured to cover the gap between the floors? If not, is there any suggestion on what we can do to cover this gap?

Thank you for your quick response! I forgot to say that there is radiant heat under the concrete floor. Will this make a difference in the sealant we use?

The radiant heating is pex tubing on a bed of sand and then foam insulating panels. I absolutely love it. The concrete is stamped and multicolored to look like large paver stones.
