cleaning vinyl siding

I tried to clean this off by hand using warm water and dish soap and even vinegar. Nothing will remove it. Pressure washer?

replace the entire wall or at least from the window sill down.
That'll allow you to get rid of those vents too.

I see two (2) darker spots, a larger one under the windows, and another to the right of the electrical receptacle. This appears to be "sun spotting" as we call it around here. And NO, there is nothing that will remove these if this is "sun spotting". These are just one of the wonderful items that are built into vinyl (plastic by any way you look at it) siding. I have worked with plastic molding in my time and colorization throughout the material is rather tricky.

a slight bleach to water ratio with a sprayer works great. DO NOT pressure wash your house ! You are just asking for rot down the road...
