I would like to build a privacy wall along the back and side of our property. Apx 200 feet total length, I would like it to be about 10 feet high. Are there any guides for making a wall like this using cinder blocks? Foundation measurements/cement strength, reinforcement, corners, etc..

Cinder block wall
If you are going 10' high with any wall (block, wood, etc.), you would probably need a permit and a signed plan.
The footing size, amount of reinforcement, etc. all depend on where you are located. Normal block strengths would be adequate, but the reinforcement will depend on local conditions (wind, seismic, etc.)
