Chin up bar on a drywall/concrete - good idea?

Hello everyone, I would like to hang a chin up bar in my condo. On one side there is a drywall attached to a concrete wall, however on the other side it is just the drywall. My idea was to hang one side of the bar straight to the concrete wall (through the drywall) with 6 bolts on 10cm square chin-up bar attachment plate that I have made, and on the other side use toggle bolts, again 6 bolts spread on a 10cm square attachment. Will it hold, is it safe? I am 140 pounds but it must be able to hold at least 250 pounds for safety of course.

Can you mount a plate that would go from stud to stud?

It sounds very hollow everywhere, I don't know if I will be able to find studs. Is the only way to successfully mount it would be to find a stud? What if I try to mount the chin up bar right beside a door frame with a wall outlet right beneath it? wouldn't it just be naturally more sturdy, as well as a greatest chance of hitting a stud? Also, should not toggle bolts be quite tough and hold around 40 pounds per bolt?

I would not expect toggle bolys on drywall to hold 40 lbs, plus that many close together can cause problems
