You need a tape measure and a brake and whatever they use to make the flue collar.
Hard to make your own cap.

There are chimney cap companies that will fabricate covers (any size) on line. We have ordered from them as it is a lot easier. They will crease the metal and include anchors. They will construct with either Stainless Steel or alumnium.

We used to bend our own, but the ordering thing has worked out better for us. When we bent our own, we just did it by eye and onsite measurements.
