Ceiling Support

Hi All, and Thanks in advance for the support. I am trying to clean up the basement at my job from all the cat 5e cables running along the pipes. I have a project that my boss would like me to take upon. I am pretty handy so I would like to give it a challenge.

We want to install cable trays this way we can remove the cables from the pipes and put them in these nice trays I've seen available.

My question is how to support the trays from the ceiling? Some areas the ceiling is concrete and some areas its drywall.

Guys, thanks for your time and suggestions on anyone that has done this type of work. I also have a hammer drill and I am pretty handy when it comes to things around the house,

Thank You All.

Thanks, I will try to get some photos tomorrow. Someone told me I can use drop in anchors for the concrete ceiling with rods to support the trays and toggler bolts for the sheet rock ceiling.

Just want to get advise from the pros that do this all the time.

When I used to work in central offices, we'd anchor a metal track to the ceiling using concrete anchors and then use all thread and a washer at either end to support the cable rack.
