Ceiling joists support beam

Hi to all, new poster here.
I'm designing an addition to my house, it is going to be 21' long and 19' wide. We will put 21' feet long beam in the basement with pier in center to support floor joiststs. My problem is the 21' long beam that supporting the ceiling joists. If I support it in the middle which is 10.5', landing in the hole way.
Is it possible to ofset the beam in a way that to have joists span 8' and 11' ? Which is doable I have a wall there to support the beam and have a pier in the crawl space under that wall? (The wall that will be supporting the beam for joists is cantalieverd wall over the foundation hence the pier under that wall.)

Let me know if there is any other ways to have 19' long joist span without beam.

Use I-joists.
