Cape Cod Closets
 

1950 cape code with two closets that butt out into the attached garage. Constructed of 4" cinder block with plaster directly over the block on the interior.
extremely cold with lots of air coming through. Need ideas on how to minimize the issue.
Attempted CMU block foam fill with no change.

2" thick foam boards on the garage side, covered with drywall.
