can I remove and rescrew the bolt in an anchor?

I drilled a hole in the concrete.
I place the anchor shield in (lead anchor).
And now I'm going to screw in the bolt, which I know expands the anchor into the cement.

My question: can I unscrew the bolt later on? And then rescrew it?
Or will it become attached to the anchor?

I need to know because I prefer to do one hole, then mount the metal plate, and see if it is aligned with the other hole, before continuing to drill more holes.

Yes, no problem. Might want to spray a little lubricant on the bolt first. (A very light spritz.)

Putting the screw in expands the anchor which will grip the concrete not the screw.
So once in place the screw can be removed and reinstalled at your convenience.

Thanks guys!

Followup question: The bolt is longer than the anchor, so I drilled enough so the bolt could fit. Do I have to do something so the anchor doesn't push inwards when I'm screwing in the bolt?

Buy shorter screws.

I already drilled for the bolt.

I was thinking of screwing just enough for the anchor to latch on.
Then remove the bolt.
Then load up the fixture and then I can screw it completely in without it being pushed inside.
