Can GRKFasteners be used in decking for concrete fastening?

I saw these the other day in Lowes, look brand new. They are something called GRKFasteners and are concrete screws for outdoor use (climatek coating - whatever that is).

Curious if this can be used with pressure treated wood and for securing to concrete?

Are there any existing concrete screws out in market today rated for outdoor use and for PT wood?

If it does not say ACQ approved on the box do not use them.
There also going to have to be case hardened to work in concrete.
#1 other then a bottom plate in a wall no pressure treated wood should be used inside a house.
#2 If you thinking of attaching this plywood to a concrete slab floor to be used as a subfloor not a great idea. For several reasons.
