can a 1000 sq ft lhouse be built on a 2000 sq ft lot?


I purchased an additional 2000 sq ft lot of land and i would like to know if i can build a 1000 sq ft guest house on the lot?

That would depend on the setback requirements of your locality and whether you can get variances.
