Building stadium seating for home theater

We are starting the platform for the home theater. Do we have to use pressure treated lumber? We are acid staining the concrete floors, so they will remain concrete. The wood will be in direct contact with the concrete. I thought we might be able to get away with regular lumber for this.

If the concrete is slab on grade, then any wood incontact with it must be P.T. The acid stain is of no consequense. You can use separating materials if they have the right properties.
