building a mezzanine

I would like to build a mezzanine for lighter storage in my shop.
I figure it like this. the size will be 12' x 7'
it will be fastened to outside 2x6 structure on one end and one side.
2x8 joists will give me better headroom above and below.
16" centers
I will double the outside end and side.
5/8' plywood floor.

Anyone know how to find the weight of this?

i would like to hang it from th etrusses and not sure how.
i am doubling th e2x4 trusses in the area and thought to hang it from them .
i would tie it in to both upper and lower boards of the trusses.

thinking maybe 2x6 at 6' intervals

If anyone can help on this issue it would be appreciated.

Personally, I wouldn't hang anything from the trusses without it being specified by a structural engineer.
