Building lot


my home is inbetween the homes witht higher slope than mine in culde sac.does this affect my resale value of my lot..the two lots on both side of my house seems to be in a higher level than my house.please do suggest me what i need to do now?it is also has slope in he backyard.my house is under framing..not completed yet..my husband don't want to finish the house and better buy some one.is this really a good idea/..does my house really affect the resale value being in the lower level..
