Building a Kennel

I am looking for some input on building a kennel on my land. Initially I was looking at metal/post frame, but the more I look the more questions I have. I believe that metal/post frame will be less expensive, but I am worried about insulating, HVAC, building condensation, etc.

The most important aspect of the building to me is drainage, sanitation, ant the ability to wash down the interior/exterior runs.

The building will be:

900-1200 sq ft
Fully wired
Fully insulated
Plumbed for full bath
Separate Septic
HVAC
Positive slopes for all concrete

What other considerations should I take? Stick built, pole barn, post frame?
What should I expect to pay?

I am having a hard time finding post frame/pole barn companies that will install in the Fayetteville, NC area.

Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Justin

Your location needs to be in your profile not just mentioned in your post.
Go to Quick links to edit.
A pole barn is the way I would go.
I searched on Bing and found hundreds of design ideas.
I just used key words "kennel building plans".
