Personally, I don't see why we even bother with attempting to answer questions like this.

"cost per square foot"

If they can't treat our members with any more respect than that, they deserve no help from any of us.
I'm tempted to just remove this thread, and any others I see that are the same way.

an example price
20x20 garage...25 bucks a foot...detached...t-111 siding...30 year roof...no drywall...no permit fees...its like buying a car...add in the features you want from here.

normal material....just not so high labor...takes me..oh about 40 hours w/a helper to build that bugger out.

looks as good as your mama house too!
