Bricklaying cement mix
 
could someone please tell me the mix of sand and cement for bricklaying? and do i need to add anything else to the mix?

is it the same mix for a concrete screed?

You were asking about a 12" garden wall in a previous post. I don't believe you really need to go threw the measures you are asking about for your final goal. But anwer you qesation the easist thing for a diy to do is buy a prebleded product like the links below

The mix a mason uses vary and I would welcome other input but a produt like this should be fine.

Don't forget that you wll want "cap " the top of you wall with somthing as well.

4 sand 1 cement and add a small amount of Plasticiser in a mixer place 12 sand 3 cement
