Brick Walkway Repair

The situation is a brick walkway built on top of a concrete walkway --- no mortar or sand ---- the brick is disintegrating. I've been told that a kind of stucco or stowe repair is possible. Anyone know anything about this??

Brick Walkway Repair

You either misunderstood or were misinformed. You can repair a brick installation, but you can't repair a brick.
