brick foundation leak

Trying to stop a leak in a brick foundation wall red brick. The water is coming in through the mortar of these bricks. Tried a concrete product to try and seal this from the inside. My next step is to maybe put in a drain tile system from the inside perimeter. This is a older home. After trying to eliminate moisture issue, water seemed to be diverted and still leaking?
