Brick face house clean up - improvement

The first story exterior of my house has a brick face to it. It is now nearly 30 years old and while it is physically in good shape it looks weathered. I use a power washer every year to clean it up but how can I bring out the original color of the bricks again. The bricks are red but because of the weathering they look greyish. One friend suggested sealing the brick - any comments or suggestion?

Brick face house clean up - improvement

Bricks don't really change to much over time if they've been left alone. If you can, post a picture or two so I can see the house.
