boiler/furnace room ceiling

I just want to know if there is any specifics that i should know about drywalling a ceiling in a boiler/furnance room in a 24 unit condo? Size of drywall, moisture resistend, mildew resistent, fire proof if there is such a thing. Any type of specific code? Or just get to it and hang 5/8 regular ole drywall?

You REALLY should be asking this question to your local code officials....
