Blue jeans

I saw an advertisement for denim insulation. How is that stuff? I'm thinking about insulating my studio and wondered if this would work good in some particular places. I like that it's made from recycled materials. What's the thinking here?

Actually recycled Blue Jeans insulation has been around for at least ten years now.

I've even seen some with black jeans mixed in.
