I am looking at putting a 900sq ft ground level addition on, i am looking for the estimated cost for footings 16"x8"x117ft with slab and framing, roof done and 10 standard windows with exterior wrapped in Tyvek. I plan on doing everything else myself. do you have any idea what this should be per sq ft"

Are you in downtown Manhattan NY? Rural Manhattan Kansas?

It would be easier for you to ask a local architect---they usually have a finger on local costs---

If you have plans, call local contractors. Prices will vary just by site conditions and accessibility as well as the job details.
