I just had someone redid 20 ft of foundation (24 inches deep.) House was shored up, sunk foundation was cut and removed and new foundation was poured about 5 days.

Now I removed the form and discovered that the some spaces underneath the sill plate have some really big gap :furious::furious::furious: pls see pics. what can I do?

thanks in advance!!!

Non shrinkable grout or foam. Wish those plates were pressure treated?

Those plates are PT, in fact that’s about as good as PT gets. We build dock frames with that stuff.

Way more stable than that yellow pine crap I’ve been introduced too since I left the Left Coast.

yes, those were PT.

so just patch with quikrete?

right now there're temporary shoring supporting this section of the wall, should i remove the shoring before applying the quikrete or after ?

should i seal the exposed concrete with some concrete sealer afterwards?
