Best anchors for hollow block wall?

I'm installing the outdoor unit of a mini-split heat pump on the side of an 8-inch hollow block wall. I need to anchor the hanging bracket to the wall and need advice on the best way to do this. Bracket and heat pump weight about 100 pounds total. I have some 3/4" lead expansion anchors and steel screws to fit them, but I'm not sure they are good for hollow block.

Any advice would be most appreciated.
