Basement Windows That Open In From Center ?

I've seen them on a house. But they were put in when the house was constructed in the 1950's, so I do not know if anyone makes / sells them anymore. I know that unless you live in Hawaii or Florida you cannot find Jalousie lovered windows. I hope that center open windows are still available. On the house I saw them, it seemed like a great idea. You get full airflow and light. Because of their age, they were not thermopane, instead they were tempered wired glass, i guess to resist breakage if someone closed them too hard or if they got hit. The screen / storm window screwed in to the outside, but with the screws facing in and with a half wingnut to act as a clip.

Does anyone know of a company that still makes something like this ?

Thanks.
