Basement Window, replacement insert

I have 2 basement windows that were installed within the foundation. One is missing the insert that held the windows and the other is missing the glass. I would like to get two of these.

On the attached picture, I highlighted, in red, the insert that goes into the window.

Does anyone have any idea on where I can find these replacement inserts?

My house was built in 1977, in Massachesetts.

Probably have to get new windows or inserts.
Any good wdw company or lumber yard in my area will come and measure and order them for you.
