basement wall problem


the x owners must have dug out an old crawl space and exposed dirt under orig wall and a large rock. the basement gets wet when it rains hard how do i fix myself. any help would be great

basement wall problem


Clean out gutters or install gutters. Slope earth surface away from home. French drains. Last effort or cheap way out, sump pump.

basement wall problem


i have new gutters and theres one foot sloped concrete on out side of house most water comes out of the dirt wall next to rock and out the rock crakes itself
