Basement Wall Insulation

I purchased a home with a partially finished basement. The foundation walls are cement block, drain tile in place, with no past or present water leakage problems. The sill boxes have blown in foam. The basement is not much colder than the rest of the house; maybe about 5-10 degrees cooler.

I plan to completely finish the basement, nothing fancy, just make the space more usable by putting up some drywall.

I am looking for some suggestions on what to do with the exterior walls. I may just paint the existing cement block with a waterproofer. If I choose to insulate the walls, what method of insualtion should I use? The floor space is also limited, so I am trying to keep the walls from encroaching on the space as much space as possible.

You may find the attached helpful in making the proper decisions regarding your project, more specifically insulating of your basement walls.
