Basement wall framing with baseboard heaters

2 Attachment(s)
I need to put a frame with drywall in me basement on a 4' high concrete wall. Problem is there is plumbing running along the base of this wall with baseboard heaters. The plumbing may be .5" to 1" from the wall.

Any suggestions on how I can get this framed? Will I have to get the hotwater heating and baseboard rads moved out so I can install the framing and drywall?

I have attached a couple of images to show what I am talking about.

Disconnect the plumbing, frame the wall and reroute the baseboard pipes.

Yes....

You will want the baseboard heaters moved in so the insulated wall is behind them and you are no longer heating up the concrete wall and the outside soil.
