Basement Wall Framing

Hi, im starting to plan to finish my basement. Could someone tell me the proper way to insulate? ive got block foundation, rigid insulation then frame against that ? vapor barrier , frame , them insulate with batts? , no vapor barrier ? 3/4 of basement walls are below grade, with the rear above grade with a walkout door. been in home a year and a half with no water or moisture problems. thanks , chuck

The building science foundation has the latest recommendations. I will be going the XPS aginst wall, no vapor barrier or batts route myself. Of course geographical location and moisture issues should be taken into account.
