Basement Reno Subfloor Question

So, I am finishing my basement and I have put XPS insulation on the walls and am preparing to also place it on the floor and then put 3/4 inch plywood down as my subfloor before finishing. My question is... what kind of space do I need to leave around the perimeter of the plywood for expansion, if any?
Thanks for any help.

I see this done on TV all the time and wonder what happens when there's a water issue. And there will be a water issue.
If you're really set on this, I would frame out all the wall on the concrete floor and do this system between the studs. This way you don't need to remove the walls if you get water on the floor. I'd leave a 1/2" gap all around.
