basement leaking in spots with heavy rain
 
There has been lots of rain basement leaking in lots of spots between floor and wall. tried flex seal not working. not enough water for sump pump. could we possibly try hydraulic cement ? any suggestions welcome and greatly appreciated.

Do you have gutters? where do they drain? Water will win all the time, need to remove source of water.

Get your draining working to the best of its ability - gutters properly draining away from the property, you soil grading need to be going away from your basement. Getting water away from you basement wall is key.

You can try anything you want, but the odd's are it's all going to be short-lived. If you have water seeping through the floor-to-wall joint it's a strong indicator that the exagerated water table is higher than the basement floor. The only way to effectively cure this is to re-direct as much water away from the foundation as possible and/or lower the water table via a drain tile collection system.......
