Basement Bathroom - Sheetrock - Moisture Issues.

Hello

I have a finished basement, and I recently purchased the Saniflo Sanibest grinder macerating pump & toilet.
I am getting ready to start summer construction by installing this bathroom, and am ordering various parts.
The basement was finished years ago, and there is regular 3/4" sheetrock on the walls. The bathroom is going to have a shower, and while the bathroom will have an exhaust fan there is no window.
In the corner where this bathroom with a shower will be. Should the sheetrock on the 2 existing walls and ceiling as well as the two new walls be changed to greenboard/wonderboard or hardibacker to combat the moisture that will build in there?

Cement board for the shower construction with a membrane or waterproofer is a must. You don't need it for the rest of the bathroom.

With proper ventilation and proper paint applied, regular drywall will be fine...
