Balcony

Hey. Has anyone ever built a balcony before? We have half of an existing one (never finished) and was wondering the best way to replace and rebuild. And cantilevering is not a viable option.

Build it like a raised deck with posts to support the load.
If you don't want posts or cantilevering. You can't build a balcony.
