Baement finish - drop ceiling recommendations?

I am working on finishing a room in my basement. While I work on the walls, I have one eye on the next step..... the drop ceiling. It looks like Lowe's has several options. Any experience or recommendations?

I do have a few pipes and AC ducts to work around so I will have some vertical sections. I also want to put in recessed lighting in the room. I do want removable tiles in case I want to get up there for some reason.

Baement finish - drop ceiling recommendations?

In my opinion it is worth dry walling or using solid wood and trim for verticals. I have been able to use or even seen drop tiles on the vertical sections with good results. The main thing you most likely will have to decide is 2x4 or 2x2 tiles then depending on price and desired looks you can look at what is available. some companys have tiles that will help reduce sound from above. although any tiles in place will help some. hope I could be of some help on this one.
