Attic ventilation question

House is over 100 yrs old with slate roof and gable vent with an addition added (where other gable vent was). In new attic addition, now have soffit vents and a ridge vent connected by vent trays. Getting a lot of moisture in both attics. How to get rid of moisture and have appropriate ventilation?

Attic ventilation question

Where are you located?

The exhaust and intake vents should not be connected with baffles unless in a cathedral ceiling, then a 1" gap between baffle ends.
