Attic Door Latch
 
My attic door is located on the ceiling in our hallway and previously there was a cheap sliding latch on the outside of it. I'd like to make it look a little better and install some sort of latch the latched from the top side (inside) of the door either magnetically or otherwise. Does anyone know of a product for this task?

Off the top of my head:
What about installing Multiple (3 - 4) Heavy duty magnetic latches/catches....along the door edge?
