Asphalt Parking Lot Removal

Hi Im new to this site and have been a DIY for 15 years, but I am working on a new project to build a new house on a former parking lot for the demo house. I am wondering if anyone had experience in removing this. What the pain points were and how much did it cost? I imagine it should be cheaper than concrete since this stuff can be recycled. Let me know if I am missing something. It sits on about 60-70% of a .2 acre site. I have no clue on the depth of the asphalt or if there is any footers with it in South Florida.

Thanks for the help.

No one here's going to be quoting prices.
Hire someone with a back hoe or skidloader and a dump truck.

I can give you a price. Way more than you would want to pay for asphalt. Yes concrete is expensive but so much better. I would lay down gravel if you can.

Asphalt and concrete can both be recycled, but only asphalt removed with a milling machine can be recycled,so like Joe said you'll need a backhoe or an endloader and a dump truck.

So is concrete easier to pull up than Asphalt? Will I expect to pay more for the removal?

I dont need a quote, but if someone can give me an example of a job they did or had, and put it into perspective for me that would help me get an idea. Right now I have 0 ideas.

It wouldn't take long for a skid steer to pick it all up and toss it in a truck.
