Archway Formers

Have been looking around to find pre-made archway forms for plaster. We are removing a wall with a small arched doorway that we want to replace with a large archway across the whole room (approx. 8 1/2 feet wide -- for a breakfast nook that we are joining with the kitchen to make a larger room).

I made several Internet searches, but cannot find any sites in the US that refers to this. Any suggestions on places to look?

Are you using real plaster or drywall?

It's a 1930's home -- other repair jobs, when at all possible I've hung drywall then mixed up a coating and finished it to look like plaster. I'll probably do the same thing in this case. Thanks for the links!
