We are installing a torch-down roof on our patio cover; no obstructions.

Does the metal edge flashing go down first or is it placed inbetween the membrane and roofing material?

When installing the membrane; how far apart art the nails spaced?

My fiance has 20+ years construction experience but this is his first torch-down roof. We're aware of the fire-hazard. Please help. Thank you.

Get a pro. That's the best advice I can give you for a torch down roof. Post this in the roofing forum and see what you get.
