varies region to region and from one contractor to the next based on what the contractors rates are

There has been hasn't there, like somehow magically we the responders will arrive via telepathically at what the OP is thinking and arrive at an appropriate price for the job they have in there mind.

Like Andy has said $250 a square for imaginary plans, execution and final payment.

Thank You Andy. I would like a 10x10 kitchen addition with granite counter tops, glass tile backsplash, Pella Designer series windows, slate roofing, copper gutters and flashings, stone siding. Get to work on the prints and you can start next week.

Awesome, I have the cabinets in my back yard, they have been rained on a little but no big deal.

I have the granite too, it is mostly bright pink and in a few pieces but you will love the striking color match. I like to split 1" type l copper pipe to make the copper gutter, it may be a little small but what the heck, water is going to going to find it's own level right?

The glass tile I use will actually be window glass but you'll love it I'm sure.

The stone I get from nice chunks of concrete I happen to get at the conc. recycle place, I can paint it if you wish.

And the slate is a finely sliced asphalt material I get locally too.
Namely from down the block.

I have started the plans, where's my check for half up front?

Andy.
