Adding a deck

I am taking off my 4 x 6 deck to pour a patio (bigger than the deck). any way i want to reattach the deck once the underside is leveled and poured.

Can the 2 out side legs just sit on the cement patio? I dont want to have them stick through the cement patio.

any help is welcome thanks.

ANyone Know whats code to put outdoor electrical under patio being poured.

i know there are local codes. but whats national or maybe other city codes for this?

I was thinking running 1 inch pvc under the patio before pouring and capping off on each end. This is for FUTURE use.

thanks people you are always helpful.

Adding a deck

Around here, the conduit for electrical would need to be 18 inches below grade, protected by pressure treated lumber, and marker tape.

Protected by concrete is OK @much less then 18" if its the entire run
Or the part not under concrete has to be deeper
Need to know your location
