add support posts to existing deck

My deck is 30 inches above ground. How do I additional posts

Not easily. Support posts require a concrete footer that goes below the local frost line. Not easy to dig with only 30" of space. Removing some of the deck boards might help.

I am assuming that deck was built without a permit, which would have required drawings showing support posts?? If the support was not adequate, it would have been caught then. What else is lacking in your design?? Proper fastener spacing on the ledger board??
