Acid etching and a cementous overlay?

Once you acid etch your concrete for putting on a thin cementous overlay. How long after do you have before it needs to be done again?

I thought I was going to get to put an thin cementous overlay on top of my concrete driveway and patio earlier this year but it was about 10-11 months ago. I acid etched it at that time, should I or do I need to do it again before we put the overlay down on Monday?

Acid etching and a cementous overlay?

many mtls call for different prep methods,,, acid & neutralizing're the recommended steps for our primary mtl, eliteCrete,,, its done for cleaning AND to adjust the pH,,, your best bet's to contact the mtls' manufacturer/distributor for specific advice.

generally, if the job were ours, we'd do it again.
