6x6x18' pressure treated lumber

How deep should it be set and do I need to use an 18 diameter tube form, rebars ans rocks ?
I'm building a16' wide, 16' high and 30' long open garage. Thanks.

It sits on top of the concrete, not in it. Mailbox posts and fences are a different story.
