511 Impregnator or 511 Enhance and Seal?

I finished up a shower with Permacolor Toasted Almond that came out great. The grout was even in color and setup hard, which I was happy with.

Now it's time to seal and definitely want to use a 511 sealer, and planned on 511 Impregnator. But due to the nature of the floor tile, Porcelain with a travetine look, the grout almost blends in like one solid piece. It's not bad looking, but to me the grout here looks better wet vs. dry.

For those who have used both, is there a chance I could get uneven color finish with the 511 Enhance and Seal? Just hate to go that route and mess it up.

And I know with the 511, I can concentrate on grout coverage and wipe the porcelain and ceramic tiles with it and and buff off, as not to show the sealer edge. But wasn't sure if the Seal and Enhance would work this way with porcelain and ceramic, thanks
