3 season porch


I have an existing screen in porch and looking to inclose it to a 3 season room my flooring is tek and the deck is 3 feet above grade and I'm concern about moister any ideas

Posting a picture of what you have now sure would help.
What's Tek? Do you mean Trex?
Your going to need a building and electrical permit to do this, so before you go to far you may want to talk to the building dept. to see if there even going to let you do it.
One of the concerns may be the footings and foundation.
